Imperial Brownie Stout with Toasted Walnuts
We first brewed this monster with Brooklyn’s Other Half. This time around we added more brownies and to up the chocolate factor, we also tossed in some fresh cacao husks. It’s bigger, bolder, more brownie-ish than ever.
Malt: Pale, Caraaroma, Chocolate Rye, Vienna, Special B, Caramunich II
Infusions: Walnuts, Brownie trimmings
