Double IPA with Grapefruit
For this Double IPA, we’ve played with Grapefruit, as a complement to the pronounced fruity hop character. The Grapefruit skins were pressed and added to the hot side to add an extra layer of bitterness, while the juice was used at the end of fermentation for the citrus character and balanced acidity.
