Saison with Apple
Traditional Saison malt, hops, and yeast carries the subtle but still distinct apple flavor which complements and contrasts with, the classic farmhouse phenols and esters. A majority of the apples, all added in the whirlpool, are core and skin byproduct from the kitchen. The apples come from our local Danish organic apple farmer Kirsten at Rytzebaekgaard.
