Sour Ale with Macerated Plums & Fig Leaves

Collective Arts was in the house and we decided to do something sour. We started by macerating plums for a week to provide fruitiness to our sour base. Then we infused this brew with dried fig leaves, imparting a wonderful, almost mint-like character. CA says creativity yields delicious pints. In this instance, we couldn’t agree more.

Malt: Pale, Cara Blond, Raw Spelt

Yeast: WLP007

Bacteria: Lactobacillus Plantarum
