Session Sour with Citrus Zest

Brewed in collaboration with Dry & Bitter

This collaboration with Dry & Bitter is a low ABV sour, our take on the Baltic Kvass, mashed with Pilsner malt and bread from our neighbor Lille Bakery. The fermentation was carried out exclusively with Lille’s sourdough culture and the finished beer was infused with citrus zest.
